They’ve crafted some pretty delicious ice cream with some amazing flavours. Whiskey with Butter Salted Hazelnut, Roasted Rhubarb Oat Crumble and R&B Oatmeal Stout…to name a few.
D-Original Sausage Co. is owned and operated by master sausage maker Drews Driessen, with the help of his wife and son. Drews was born into his craft in northern Germany, and represents five generations of sausage making.

J. Beethoven’s corned beef is an artisan, hands-on product that sits in a brine for two full weeks before being steamed in a baker’s oven. They use only Alberta beef and a generous amount of whole pickling spice.
